Learn the art of honouring your sorrow with this one-day retreat designed for deeply feeling humans. Feel the feelings without anyone dismissing your grief, learn to honour your grief, and start finding peace. In this one-day retreat, we can’t take your pain away but we can hold space for you to try and embody it.
Our day will start with some gentle movement to awaken the senses, followed by a slow forest walk. A sharing circle will take place (no obligation to share, listening can be helpful too) and some free time over lunch will follow. From there we will move into some reflection activities around grief and loss before finishing with Yoga Nidra (no movement, guided meditation) to integrate all your experiences of the day.
