Join us for a soft afternoon of animal and forest connection, gentle care, community and rest as we gather to welcome the warmth and fullness of the summer solstice together.
Held at The Sacred Woods Care Farm, this mini retreat offers space to slow down, soften and reconnect through nature, animals, reflection and meaningful community.
The Sacred Woods is a care farm and gathering space devoted to rest, connection and nervous system wellbeing through animals, nature and community. The woods, dome and rescued animals invite a slower rhythm rooted in presence, curiosity and care.
This gathering is created for women and gender-diverse folks. There is no expectation to share, perform, “heal” or show up in any particular way. You are welcome to participate fully, quietly observe, take space for yourself or simply arrive exactly as you are.
Throughout the afternoon we’ll explore:
• Sacred Threads bracelet weaving
• Animal archetype connection & reflection
• Guided forest walk
• Sacred touch, gentle tracing & therapeutic hair brushing circle
• Grounding sound bowl integration
• Cozy snacks and tea
Kowy (co-ee) is a gentle, consensual practice of soothing touch rooted in quiet presence and care. Through soft tracing touch and therapeutic hair brushing, participants are invited into experiences of comfort, relaxation and nervous system rest. Participation is always optional and adaptable to comfort levels.
Some folks enjoy attending with a friend or family member, though this is absolutely not required and can also be a beautiful opportunity to connect with someone new.
Sliding Scale Exchange: $66–$88
