Take 90 minutes to fully relax and release tension with a restorative evening designed to nourish your body and mind. We’ll move through deeply supported Yin poses, each held for 3–5 minutes, while receiving personalized massage from a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to help release tightness and melt away stress.
To close, you’ll be refreshed with warm lemongrass-scented towels, leaving you feeling grounded, soothed, and completely renewed.
