This workshop is all about understanding and unlocking your hips, loosening your lower back, and getting your body moving the way it’s meant to. Through stretching, mobility work, and body rolling, we’ll address tension and build strength to help create freedom in your movement. By the end of the workshop, you should feel your backbone slide.
