A slow morning forest walk, witnessing the moon as it fades into day. Campfire warmth, coffee, and baked goods | Therapy Receipts Provided
Join us for a magical morning under the waning moon as the sun rises into the sky!
Experience the quiet medicine of the morning forest as we gather for a slow, unhurried walk beneath the waning moon. Rather than chasing the brightness of the full moon, this walk invites us to notice what remains as light arrives and the day begins to unfold.
We’ll move gently through the forest, attuning to the subtle shifts of morning. Soft light, birdsong, cool air warming on the skin. This is a practice of presence, grounding, and integration. A chance to let the nervous system settle and orient toward the day without urgency.
We’ll begin and end around a campfire, sharing coffee, tea, fruit, and baked goods (supplied by …Is Good Coffee Bar!!!), allowing time to warm up, connect, and arrive fully. This experience is suitable for all bodies and experience levels. No prior forest bathing or meditation experience is needed. Just come dressed for the weather and open to moving at a slower pace.
This is a morning-after-the-full-moon walk. A space for reflection, easing, and walking alongside the natural rhythm of letting go.
Therapy receipts provided. Coverage under Registered Psychotherapist.
