Reset Your Nervous System

Feeling stretched thin? This afternoon Restorative Yoga retreat offers a rare pause – a chance to reset your body and mind. We’ll begin with a short guided journaling exercise to help you land. Then you’ll settle into a full-length Restorative Yoga practice designed to calm your nervous system and invite deep rest. Practices like breath awareness, meditation and a healing sound bath, will help quiet the mind and foster self-awareness.
