Program Overview
In this class, we practice joint movements, Yoga poses, breathing techniques, sound-based practices, and relaxation techniques to bring harmony and balance.
Accessibility & Format
The practices are done either sitting or standing with the help of a chair. This makes it an ideal class for those who cannot get down to the floor due to various limitations.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle and an open mind with you to the class.
