Return & Remember | The Harmonic Om Journey
This sound journey is unique from the others in my repetoire. Instead of melody, it focuses on drones, layered sounds, and the perfect fifth — going deeper and deeper into one sound: OM. The sound said to be contained in all sounds.
Instrumentation includes male and female shruti box, a 30″ chau gong, a deep singing bowl selection, and the human voice. This journey also introduces the practice of self-generated vocal toning, its benefits, and an option to participate along at the end and beginning of the journey.
Thick mats, sheepskins, blankets, bolsters and tea all provided in my cozy home studio.
