The Pulse of Life Community Drumming Circle has been running for over 5 years. We are celebrating SPRING by hosting in a larger event so we can share with more people.
Join our community of recreational rhythm keepers and song catchers as we use our bodies, world percussion instruments and voices in creating improvised in the moment music.
The Second half of the event is the Rhythm Cradle. A facilitator led, participant powered community sound healing experience.
All instruments are provided or bring your own favourites. The second portion will have some laying down in it. Email will be sent to help you decide what to bring.
