Beginner Pilates: A 30-Minute Foundational Flow with Aligned with Mia

Join us for a focused 30-minute class dedicated to mastering full-body movements that you can take far beyond the studio. This session is designed to help you build a stronger connection to your body through intentional breathwork, control, and proper form.

​We move with purpose, not just pace. To ensure your progress continues, every participant will receive a physical paper copy of the class plan to take home so you can feel confident practicing on your own.
